Galileo Operations and Service Provision

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other STEM disciplines.
• Experience in GNSS, Galileo or other complex operational systems.
• Knowledge of system operations, Ground Segment and/or Service Provision activities.
• Experience in planning, reporting and risk management.
• Ability to analyse technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support the preparation of Galileo Second Generation (G2G) operations, participating in programme milestones, operational reviews and test campaigns.
• Monitor programme schedules, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment between planning and Service Provision activities.
• Follow the Galileo Service Operator (GSOp) operational preparation, reviewing technical documentation, deliverables and operational readiness.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of new operational concepts and support the rollout of new services.
• Support the preparation and review of Contractual Change Requests (CRs), operational procedures and technical documentation.
• Monitor project actions, risks, KPIs and service performance, preparing reports and technical inputs for Monthly and Quarterly Service Reviews.
• Participate in technical meetings with EUSPA, contractors and programme stakeholders.
• Provide operational and engineering support across Galileo Service Provision activities, including G2G, GSOp and other transversal service domains.
