Internship – IT Helpdesk

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

We are looking for a Helpdesk IT – Backoffice to join our team on an internship basis, working on-site or in hybrid mode (office/facility and remote work) in Avezzano (AQ), Italy.

Requirements:

• University degree is not mandatory if the candidate has a minimum level of experience
• High school diploma as IT Technician 
• English level: minimum B1+
• Strong passion for IT and system administration

Technical skills required:

• System Administration
  • Windows Server
  • Linux Server (Ubuntu / RedHat oriented)
• Networking
  • TCP/IP fundamentals
  • NAT / NAT forwarding
  • Firewall configuration
  • VPN, Proxy, DMZ concepts
• Virtualization
  • Preferably Proxmox and/or VMware
• LAMP Stack (Backend)
  • Linux
  • Apache
  • MySQL
  • PHP
    (Theoretical knowledge is acceptable)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Helpdesk IT, you will be responsible for:

• First and second-level IT support
• Technical backoffice and ticket management
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems
• Support in managing network infrastructure
• Troubleshooting activities on systems, networks and virtual environments
• Supporting server and backend service management
